This raw vegan shake is the perfect warm weather treat. It’s sugar free and worry free! And on top of that, you get all of the health benefits of the raw cacao! Raw cacao is the untampered version of toasted cocoa powder. Raw cacao is high is minerals such as magnesium, calcium, zinc, sulfur, iron, manganese, copper, and potassium. It has vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B9, and E. It’s a protein and a fiber, too! Raw cacao can lower blood pressure, improve circulation, neutralize free radicals, improve digestion, and improve your mental wellbeing. I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as I do.. It’s super simple and you will definitely want more than one glass.

Ingredients:

  • 2 Heaping Tablespoons of Raw Cacao Powder
  • 3-4 (Alter to desired sweetness) of Stevia Powder
  • 3-4 Cups of Almond Milk
  • 1 Cup Ice

Directions:

Blend up in your blender and serve immediately. Enjoy!
